Build prototype assemblies for design verification on test rig and at vehicle level as per Customer Input Requirements to address DFA / DFM issues. Parts to be procured by coordinating between Materials Management and vendor. Validate the prototype parts to ensure that the performance and reliability targets set during concept phase are met by testing the prototype assemblies as per agreed DVP based on RWUP.
