Job Description

Sales & Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Sales Support & Coordination

  • Manage the complete sales support process, from lead follow-up to order fulfillment.
  • Prepare high-value quotations, proposals, tenders, and BOQs for large-scale ICT projects.
  • Coordinate with senior sales managers to strategize and close deals.
  • Monitor and track sales pipelines in CRM, ensuring timely updates and accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and assist in payment follow-ups for high-value clients.

2. Service Operations Management

  • Act as the escalation point for service-related issues from key accounts.
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and completion of installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations for major customers.
  • Coordinate AMC renewals and manage service-level agreements effectively.

3. Team & Process Coordination

  • Guide and mentor junior sales/service coordinators to ensure process consistency.
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, and technical teams to meet customer deadlines.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce turnaround time and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Handle high-priority clients with professionalism, ensuring long-term retention.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews to gather feedback and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate detailed MIS reports on sales performance, service calls, and order status.
  • Provide management with actionable insights on customer trends, service performance, and sales conversions.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret business reports.
  • Experience in handling large corporate/enterprise accounts in the ICT domain.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum

    5 years

    of experience in Sales/Service Coordination, preferably in ICT/Telecom/ISP sector.
  • Proven track record of handling complex projects and high-value customers.
