Sales and Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Personnel in the Industrial Equipment / Machinery sector, your primary role will be to act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments of the organization. You will work closely with clients and principals to support new business opportunities and enhance client service. Your responsibilities will include marketing, lead generation, and ensuring effective communication as a single point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between external customers and internal departments - Support new business opportunities and enhance client service - Marketing and lead generation - Serve as a single point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams - Handle all documentations and ensure compliance - Participate in project implementation with the project team - Maintain stock and conduct periodic inventory analysis to address non-moving stocks Qualifications: - Degree or Diploma in any Engineering Discipline - Mandatory knowledge in MS Office Soft Skills: - Effective communication skills - Fluent in English and Tamil In this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
