• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company database
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Participate in promotional activities, events, or campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
