Sales and Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and closures.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
• Handle customer calls and address queries regarding products, pricing, and service requests.
• Schedule and coordinate service visits with the technical/service team.
• Maintain records of service requests, AMC schedules, warranty details, and customer interactions.
• Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, and pending documents.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and service reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with logistics for order dispatches, deliveries, and returns (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• 13 years of sales coordination, customer service, or admin experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with good interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in CRM or service management tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, hearing aids, retail, or related industries.
• Knowledge of sales processes and service workflows.
