Working Days: 6 Days (Monday Saturday)

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Insurance Sales Trainer to deliver New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for our insurance sales process. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing sales effectiveness, improving conversion ratios, and ensuring compliance in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct NHT sessions for new joiners on insurance products, sales process, and compliance.
• Deliver OJT coaching to drive sales performance, soft skills, and objection-handling.
• Train agents on needs-based selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Develop training content, sales role plays, and product knowledge sessions.
• Monitor trainee performance during nesting period and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Product teams to close performance gaps.
• Maintain detailed MIS/reports on training effectiveness and sales readiness.
• Conduct refresher trainings to boost sales productivity of existing employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Insurance certification/licensing is an advantage).
• 13 years of experience in insurance sales training in a BPO or BFSI setup.
• Strong knowledge of life/general insurance products and sales practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
• Hands-on experience in sales coaching, role plays, and objection-handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
