Job Summary:
The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for driving store performance by setting sales targets, analyzing historical data, managing store teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations. The role includes team leadership, grievance handling, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency across the retail store(s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for retail stores.
• Analyze and verify targets using previous years’ sales data and performance trends.
• Monitor store performance against targets and take corrective actions when required.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store teams to achieve business objectives.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and retail best practices.
• Support training and development initiatives for store staff.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales planning.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in retail operations or sales management.
• Prior experience in target setting, team handling, and store operations is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
