Regional Operation and Sales Manager (Telangana) Prepster, we are fast emerging school wear brand focused on giving fashionable, high quality School uniforms and Accessories. We are head quartered in Coimbatore and serving across South-India. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Regional Sales and Operations team across Telangana to achieve business targets. Take full ownership of daily operations across the Region, ensuring smooth execution of all processes from order to delivery. Promote the Prepster uniform brand by visiting schools and securing long-term uniform supply contracts. Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfilment. Manage and verify all Regional billing operations, track payment collections, and ensure daily deposit of cash into the bank. Maintain and update operational data (billing, order status, team activity) and submit daily reports to the management. Manage and guide client service executives, ensuring customer queries, trials, and deliveries are handled professionally and on time. Strategically assign and govern field teams for school visits, uniform size trials, and follow-ups. Act as a bridge between schools and internal departments, ensuring expectations and service quality are met. Resolve any on-ground issues quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted operations. Monitor team performance, provide timely feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and high productivity. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to support business growth. Qualifications & Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-15 years of experience in sales (apparel, textiles, or school-related products) added advantage. Proven ability to lead and manage teams to meet targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English and Telugu.
