Sales and Marketing Trainee

As a Sales and Marketing Trainee specializing in B2B field sales, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential business clients in Chennai, fostering strong relationships and promoting our products/services in a professional manner. This role is exclusively field-based, involving no calling or emailing activities. Your key duties will include conducting field visits for client meetings, generating and pursuing leads through direct business interactions, distributing marketing materials, presenting offerings to decision-makers, gathering feedback and market intelligence from client engagements, as well as participating in B2B events, trade shows, and other field-related activities. Regular reporting of your daily field activities and client updates to your manager will also be expected. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (with preference for Marketing or Business majors), possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be willing to engage in extensive travel within Chennai for field visits, and be fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil. A self-driven, confident, and ambitious approach to building a career in B2B sales is crucial. In return for your contributions, we offer a monthly stipend ranging from 20,000 to 22,000, along with a Travelling Allowance and performance-based increments. You will also receive on-the-job training from seasoned professionals, with the potential to secure a permanent position based on your performance. Additionally, upon successful completion of the training program, you will be awarded a certificate within our supportive and growth-focused work environment.
