Role Overview

Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, diagnostic labs, and clinical networks.
  • Conduct market analysis and create targeted marketing strategies for diagnostic offerings.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinicians to promote test adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, branding, and client servicing.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device marketing/sales.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and open to travel.
