Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective students to explain Indie Film School’s courses, workshops, and programs
• Guide students through the enrollment process and resolve any queries
• Reach out to potential brand partners and sponsors to explain collaboration opportunities
• Align and schedule meetings with brands to pitch sponsorship and partnership proposals
• Maintain professional follow-up with leads (both students and brands) to ensure conversion
• Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment on goals and targets
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English and Hindi)
• Confident, outgoing personality with persuasive skills
• Ability to handle both student counseling and brand communication
• Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales pipelines is a plus
• Prior experience in media, education, or brand partnerships preferred
• A genuine interest in films, storytelling, and creative education is a bonus
  

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Training experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in the film industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
