Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at The Indie Film School, located in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in expanding our community and building strong partnerships by engaging with both students and brands. The role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for education and cinema. Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with prospective students to explain Indie Film School’s courses, workshops, and programs Guide students through the enrollment process and resolve any queries Reach out to potential brand partners and sponsors to explain collaboration opportunities Align and schedule meetings with brands to pitch sponsorship and partnership proposals Maintain professional follow-up with leads (both students and brands) to ensure conversion Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing campaigns Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment on goals and targets Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English and Hindi) Confident, outgoing personality with persuasive skills Ability to handle both student counseling and brand communication Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales pipelines is a plus Prior experience in media, education, or brand partnerships preferred A genuine interest in films, storytelling, and creative education is a bonus Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management skills Training experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Experience in the film industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Salary ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Attractive Incentives based on performance

To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi. Your confident and persuasive personality will be essential in student counseling and brand communication. While prior experience in media, education, or brand partnerships is preferred, a genuine interest in films, storytelling, and creative education will be advantageous. Ideally, you should have qualifications in communication, customer service, sales, and sales management, along with experience in training and strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork. Any background in the film industry will be a plus. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. The salary for this full-time, on-site position ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 per month, with attractive incentives based on performance.
