As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Indie Film School, you will be an integral part of our team located in Noida. Your role involves expanding our community and forming strong partnerships with students and brands. With your excellent communication skills and passion for education and cinema, you will guide prospective students through our courses and workshops, while also reaching out to potential brand partners for collaboration opportunities. Your responsibilities will include calling and following up with prospective students, assisting them in the enrollment process, and resolving any queries they may have. You will also engage with brands to explain partnership opportunities, schedule meetings to pitch proposals, and maintain professional follow-up to ensure conversion. Additionally, you will contribute to creating and executing sales and marketing campaigns and collaborate with the internal team to align on goals and targets. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi. Your confident and persuasive personality will be essential in student counseling and brand communication. While prior experience in media, education, or brand partnerships is preferred, a genuine interest in films, storytelling, and creative education will be advantageous. Ideally, you should have qualifications in communication, customer service, sales, and sales management, along with experience in training and strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork. Any background in the film industry will be a plus. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. The salary for this full-time, on-site position ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 per month, with attractive incentives based on performance.
