Business Development/ Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across services and solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Handle and close business deals

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Track market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.

Key Requirements:

• More than 1 year of experience.

• Mandatory experience in dealing with client budgets and revenue in lakhs.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently generate and close new business.
• Understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• B2B sales experience.
• Exposure to services, software, SaaS, or staffing domains.
• Experience with domestic and/or international clients.
