Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Chandigarh. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be tasked with identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions, and developing effective sales strategies. Daily activities include engaging with prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, guiding the sales team, achieving sales targets, and contributing to marketing initiatives. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting training and workshops to strengthen team skills

• Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in understanding market trends and customer needs is a plus
