Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Emotions Infotech, located in Lucknow. The specialist will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing marketing campaigns, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs. Daily tasks include building relationships with clients, managing sales strategies, showcasing product offerings, providing excellent customer service, generating new clients and projects and collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and create brand awareness. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for training sales teams, preparing sales performance reports, and supporting business development goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in Sales techniques and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and implement strategies
Experience in Training sales teams to achieve business goals and maintain quality standards
Ability to effectively manage and lead sales initiatives in a goal-oriented environment
Background in digital or technology-related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and market analysis capabilities
Experienced candidate will be given priority.
