Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Patna. The position involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s training programs. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing client relationships, driving sales, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will also play a role in training and mentoring team members to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets
• Experience or capability in Training to mentor and guide team members effectively
• Excellent organizational and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the education, training, or skills development sector is an advantage
