Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will manage sales activities, identify new opportunities, create and implement marketing initiatives, and maintain positive relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training sessions, managing customer accounts, and supporting sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Ability to conduct Training and mentor team members for continuous improvement
• Proficiency in analytical and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in using CRM tools and marketing software is beneficial
