Sales And Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in

  structural steel fabrication, supply, and erection projects

• Build and maintain relationships with

  contractors, consultants, architects, EPC companies, and developers

• Prepare and submit

  quotations, tenders, and technical-commercial proposals

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM or sales reports

Marketing

• Develop and implement

  sales & marketing strategies

  to increase market share
• Conduct

  market research

  on competitors, pricing, and industry trends
• Promote company capabilities, certifications, and completed projects
• Support branding efforts including brochures, presentations, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives
• Represent the company at

  client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly / quarterly sales targets achieved
• Number of new clients acquired
• Tender success ratio
• Revenue growth and profit margins
• Client retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field

• 3–10+ years of experience in

  structural steel, fabrication, or construction industry

• Strong understanding of

  steel sections, fabrication processes, drawings, and BOQs

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to read basic structural drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience with

  industrial buildings, warehouses, PEB, bridges, or infrastructure projects

• Existing network with contractors and consultants
• Knowledge of local and international steel standards
