Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, OEMs, and stakeholders.
• Engage with automotive, EV, renewable energy, and industrial motor clients to identify opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored sourcing & supply solutions.

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition across OEMs, automotive, and green energy verticals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
• Track sales pipeline, conversions, and growth KPIs.

Marketing & Branding

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to strengthen market presence.
• Support participation in industry events, exhibitions, and forums.
• Develop customer-centric content, case studies, and presentations.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to boost lead generation.

Stakeholder & Account Management

• Coordinate with internal supply chain, finance, and supplier teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
• Act as the primary customer advocate within the organization.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to management and customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in OEMs, automotive, green energy, or industrial motors sectors.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, customer engagement, and account management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and scale customer accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Exposure to supply chain / critical minerals / metals industry is a plus.
