Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, conducting market research, training sales staff, and enhancing customer service. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing materials, engaging with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and monitoring sales performance.

• Ability to develop and deliver Training programs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
