Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Kolkata. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will involve preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Additionally, the Sales Marketing Manager will be expected to maintain records of sales and marketing activities, analyze market trends, and prepare reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing within the industrial manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in the valves and actuators industry is a plus
• Fluency in English, Gujrati, Bengali and knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
