Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager – Electric Actuators located in Kolkata. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and promoting Cair's electrical actuators and valves solutions.

Education And Experience

• Business development and sales skills
• Technical knowledge of electrical actuators and industrial valves
• Market analysis and strategic planning abilities
• Customer relationship management skills
• Experience in the industrial valves or actuation industry is a plus
• 3+ years of technical and/or commercial sales experience or combination of the following:
• 3+ years of outside industrial sales experience
• 3+ years of inside sales or technical support & application
• Commercial and/or technical expertise with electric linear, Rotary motion products
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
