Job Summary: We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team at The Bond, a leading corporate gifting venture. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to take on the role of Sales and Marketing Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our premium range of gifting solutions. Your efforts will help us expand our client base and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and outstanding service. Responsibilities: β Identify and target potential corporate clients for our premium gifting solutions. β Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration. β Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, understanding their gifting needs and providing tailored solutions. β Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. β Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. β Collaborate with the design and production teams to create customized gifting solutions aligned with client requirements. β Actively follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective communication. β Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company and generate leads. β Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. β Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Requirements: π Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). π Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the corporate gifting industry or a related field. πΌ Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. βοΈ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. π€ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. π Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. π» Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer interactions. π Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and a strategic approach to sales. π Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. βοΈ Flexibility to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events as required.
