Responsibilities: ✅ Identify and target potential corporate clients for our premium gifting solutions. ✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, understanding their gifting needs and providing tailored solutions. ✅ Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. ✅ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. ✅ Collaborate with the design and production teams to create customized gifting solutions aligned with client requirements. ✅ Actively follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective communication. ✅ Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company and generate leads. ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. ✅ Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Requirements: 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 📈 Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the corporate gifting industry or a related field. 💼 Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. ✍️ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 🤝 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 🚀 Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. 💻 Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer interactions. 🔍 Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and a strategic approach to sales. 📌 Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. ✈️ Flexibility to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events as required.
