Job Description: Medyseva is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand identity and creating captivating designs that engage our target audience. You will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to develop compelling visual assets that effectively convey our value proposition and support our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: · Conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning graphic materials for both digital and print media, including but not limited to website banners, social media assets, infographics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements. · Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs that align with the Medyseva brand guidelines. · Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, ensuring that design elements resonate with their preferences and expectations. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our visual communication. · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure consistent visual representation of our brand across all touchpoints. · Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables. · Utilize feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine designs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project goals. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. · Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. · Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Canva, CorelDraw and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). · Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking. · Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. · Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies. · Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills. · Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. · Experience with UI/UX design and familiarity with web development principles is a plus.
