Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive – Nagpur Region Location: Nagpur (with local travel to nearby centers) About Medyseva: Medyseva is a pioneering healthcare organization connecting patients in Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and rural areas with quality doctors through telemedicine and smart healthcare centers. Our Doctor Consortium initiative and satellite clinics aim to improve last-mile healthcare delivery. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Operations Executive to manage relationships with empaneled doctors, onboard new medical professionals, and ensure smooth operations of Medyseva Healthcare Centers around Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a knack for coordination, and a passion for healthcare access. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Doctor Engagement & Onboarding Regularly visit already empaneled doctors to maintain relationships and ensure engagement with Medyseva’s platform. Identify, meet, and onboard new doctors to join the Medyseva Doctor Consortium . Communicate Medyseva’s vision, platform benefits, and operational model to medical professionals. 🔹 Operations Oversight Supervise day-to-day operations of existing Medyseva Healthcare Centers in and around Nagpur. Ensure SOP adherence , staff performance, patient satisfaction, and equipment functionality. Coordinate with the central operations team for escalations and logistics. 🔹 Reporting & Coordination Prepare and share weekly activity reports (doctor meetings, center updates, challenges). Work closely with the Sales Head and Operations Manager for feedback loops and performance improvements. Maintain CRM/logbooks for doctor interactions and field visits.
