Our store blends timeless aesthetics with modern sensibilities and caters to a discerning clientele seeking quality, craftsmanship, and style. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about fashion, driven by numbers, and excited to build customer relationships both offline and online. Key Responsibilities: Drive in-store sales by engaging with walk-in customers and styling them Build relationships with clients for repeat purchases and referrals Promote Autumn through local outreach, WhatsApp marketing, and collaborations Assist in content planning and execution for social media (Reels, Stories, Promotions) Coordinate with designers and backend team to ensure product availability and merchandising Support with small exhibitions/pop-ups when needed Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly for promotions and events Skills & Traits: Excellent communication & people skills Strong sense of style and fashion trends Confident, proactive, and target-oriented Basic knowledge of Instagram, Canva or similar tools is a plus Enthusiastic to grow with a young, design-led brand What We Offer: A creative, warm, and hands-on work environment Opportunities to grow into a leadership role Incentives on performance and sales milestones Show more Show less
