Sales and Marketing Representative

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building customer relationships to enhance brand awareness and revenue. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. - Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by management. - Conducting product/service presentations and preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. - Following up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. In terms of marketing, you will: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. - Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts such as SEO/SEM and email campaigns. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with design and content teams to create promotional materials. - Plan and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the specified industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM systems.
