Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Harday Energies Private Limited, a leading Solar EPC company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our solar products and EPC solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients for solar EPC, rooftop, and hybrid projects.
Generate and qualify leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct site visits and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Develop marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field) to increase brand awareness.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Provide feedback and insights to management for product and market development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
