Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive at

our Raipur office (Work From Office). The role primarily involves field sales,

including creating tie-ups with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, and

promoting services directly to patients.

This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for candidates passionate about healthcare sales and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and blood banks for tie-ups and partnerships. • Generate leads and acquire patients for healthcare services offered by Kalarva.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners and patients.

• Present company services effectively and handle negotiations for successful closures.

• Execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Identify opportunities to expand the network and onboard new healthcare partners.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and

campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and

reports.

• Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve offerings and

strategies.


Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or

related field. Proven experience in field sales, tie-ups, or healthcare sales preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

• Good knowledge of the healthcare sector in Raipur and nearby areas is a plus.
