Position Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct

   daily visits

   to pharmaceutical and engineering clients to understand their requirements and promote our products.

2. Generate enquiries

   and provide technical consultations to clients.
3. Create

   basic engineering drawings/sketches

   on-site to support custom product requirements.
4. Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to finalize technical specifications.

5. Negotiate and close sales deals

   , ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
6. Maintain strong

   customer relationships

   and provide post-sales support.
7. Stay updated on

   industry trends

   and competitor activities to maximize sales potential.
8. Prepare and submit

   sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis

   regularly.

Key Competencies:

1. 1-3 years

   of sales experience, preferably in

   pharmaceutical or engineering products

   .
2. Ability to create

   basic engineering drawings

   (knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus).
3. Strong

   communication and negotiation skills

   .
4. Technical understanding of

   industrial components, mechanical products, or process equipment

   .
5. Proficiency in

   MS Office and CRM software

   .

6. Willingness to travel daily

   within Goa for client visits.
7. A

   Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field

   is preferred.
