Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at NBP, located in Indore. The primary responsibilities include promoting and selling the company’s products, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and identifying potential prospects. The representative will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute strategies and deliver training to clients on product usage. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining strong customer service standards while working toward revenue and expansion goals.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for engaging with clients and addressing their queries effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities, promote products, and execute sales strategies.
• Experience in Training clients or teams to enhance product understanding and usage.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively as part of a team, and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus.
