Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Pre-exhibition & Event Support:


Make pre-event calls, send personal invites, and manage meeting schedules at exhibitions, CII events, and energy-related conferences.


Travel (30% of the time, across India) to manage exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

2. Ensure maximum ROI from every event.

Lead Management & Follow-ups:


Follow up with event-generated leads through calls and emails, schedule meetings, and track conversations.


Engage with digital/media/website-generated leads and convert them into appointments.

Record all discussions during events for proper follow-ups.


3. Customer & Consultant Engagement:


Meet architects and consultants, especially for Govt. & PSU projects, to introduce Aad Tech solutions.


Cold call sustainability heads, MEP consultants, and PSUs for meetings.


4. Digital Marketing Coordination:


Work with the digital marketing team to ensure event data, pictures, and updates are shared on time for posts.


Support email marketing campaigns for new and existing customers.


5. Event & Marketing Coordination:


Interact with visitors at exhibitions, manage lead data, and ensure proper follow-up post-event.

Coordinate seasonal activities like Diwali gift drops and customer catch-ups.


6. Day-to-Day Marketing Support:

Assist with data capture, lead generation, and general outreach tasks.


*Skills & Qualifications*


1. Good communication skills (spoken & written)

2. Comfortable with calls, emails, travel, and face-to-face interactions

3. Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized

4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office

5. Fresh graduates or experienced folks are all welcome to apply. (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA marketing/related fields) are welcome
