This role involves planning and executing events, workshops, and promotions, collaborating with marketing agencies, and forming strategic brand partnerships to enhance engagement with our target audience. Key responsibilities: 1. Offline marketing & community engagement: a. Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, workshops, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence. b. Conduct society campaigns by partnering with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to engage senior citizens through interactive programs, health sessions, and exclusive community events. c. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and community representatives to ensure smooth campaign execution. d. Organize Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including awareness sessions and interactive workshops for senior citizens in community parks. e. Track and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization. 2. Brand collaborations & partnerships: a. Identify and build partnerships with brands that align with our business objectives. b. Negotiate terms and execute co-branded campaigns and joint marketing initiatives. c. Maintain relationships with existing brand partners and explore opportunities for collaboration and expansion. Key skills and competencies: 1. Job Description: We are seeking a driven and empathetic Sales & MarketingExecutive who will be responsible for converting leads related to senior citizen trips and encouraging app subscriptions. The ideal candidate must be confident in communication, patient with elders, and focused on achieving sales goals while maintaining a respectful and warm approach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle outbound and inbound calls to convert leads for upcoming trips for senior citizens. 2. Explain app features and benefits to prospective clients and encourage them to subscribe. 3. Build strong relationships with leads and maintain regular follow-ups. 4. Visit Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and attend workshops or sessions organized for senior citizens to promote offerings. 5. Participate in on-ground marketing activities in societies and communities to generate leads and increase visibility. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital and offline promotional campaigns. 7. Update and maintain CRM database with call outcomes and client responses. 8. Assist in resolving any client doubts or objections with a calm and polite tone. 9. Coordinate with the trip planning and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of converted clients. 10.
