Sales and Marketing Officer

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver accelerated and profitable business growth through Channel and Retail Sales. You will be responsible for handling sales of Wires & Cables / Modular Switches Accessories via Channel and Retail sales. Your key responsibilities will include appointing and monitoring Dealers & Distributors in the assigned location, promoting existing and new products, and any special deals in the market. You will be required to build a strong market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. It is crucial to keep track of competition activities in the market through competitor mapping. Maintaining strong customer relationships with Dealers and retailers is also a key aspect of this role. In addition, you will be responsible for sales forecasting and control, managing complete business operations, achieving sales targets, and revenue targets within the given time frame. Experience in Sales & Retail Sales, as well as in the Cable & Wire industry, will be advantageous for this position. This is a Full-time, Permanent position that requires in-person work location.
