Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula (Field role — North India Region) Experience: 0–2 years (FMCG / Agri-inputs / Gardening / Home Improvement preferred) Salary Range: ₹12,000–₹25,000 + incentives Working Model: Full-time Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand Mr Green Urban Gardening’s retail presence, onboard nurseries & plant shops, grow B2B/B2C, corporate gifting sales, and build strong distributor/retailer relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate sales from nurseries, garden shops, plant stores, supermarkets, and retail outlets. Conduct visits, demos, and product education in local markets. Achieve monthly sales & outlet-onboarding targets. Identify new distribution, modern-trade, and B2B gifting opportunities. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with store owners and buyers. Ensure product visibility, branding, and stock availability across outlets. Follow up on payments, orders, and supply management with internal team. Provide market insights (consumer feedback, competitor activity, pricing gaps). Conduct in-store demos at nurseries, plant shops, garden centers, supermarkets. Explain product usage, benefits, and demonstrate correct application. Drive conversions and help shops meet weekly/monthly sales targets. Distribute marketing material (flyers, brochures, standees). Visit societies, RWA communities, weekly farmer/organic markets for activations. Report daily activities and feedback to the sales/marketing team. Requirements Experience in FMCG / Agri-Inputs / Gardening / Retail preferred. Must be comfortable with field visits and travel. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented. Two-wheeler preferred. Excellent communication & enthusiasm. Comfort with field work and long hours during campaigns. Basic knowledge of gardening or willingness to learn.
