Internship Responsibilities

1. Assist in School Workshops

• Support the facilitator during 45-min sessions with students
• Help children during hands-on planting activities
• Coordinate setup of materials (soil, pots, gloves, etc.)
• Ensure smooth and engaging workshop flow

2. Coordination & Communication

• Connect with schools for workshop scheduling
• Communicate workshop details to teachers/coordinators
• Maintain attendance and feedback records

3. On-Ground Support

• Manage workshop kits and materials
• Assist in transporting, loading, and unloading items
• Maintain stock of gardening kits (paid, optional for parents)

4. Content Capture (Optional)

• Take photos/reels during sessions
• Coordinate with the social media team
• Share workshop highlights

5. Informational Promotion (No Hard Selling)

• Share details of the optional Mr. Green Gardening Kit with parents/teachers
• Coordinate distribution of orders after the workshop

• Passionate about environment, sustainability, children, events, or teaching
• Good communication (Hindi/English)
• Energetic, responsible, friendly
• Comfortable travelling to schools in Tricity mornings (8 AM – 1 PM)
