Eco-Education & School Workshop Intern

As an Eco-Education & School Workshop Intern at Mr. Green (Agrella CropSciences Pvt. Ltd.), you will be part of an initiative dedicated to promoting clean air, nature education, plant care, and gardening awareness among children and communities. The internship is a part-time field internship based in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula (Tricity) with a duration of 13 months starting immediately. You will receive a stipend of 3,000-8,000 based on performance. Your role overview includes: - Assisting in School Workshops: - Supporting the facilitator during 45-minute sessions with students - Helping children with hands-on planting activities - Coordinating the setup of materials such as soil, pots, and gloves - Ensuring a smooth and engaging workshop flow - Coordination & Communication: - Connecting with schools for workshop scheduling - Communicating workshop details to teachers and coordinators - Maintaining attendance and feedback records - On-Ground Support: - Managing workshop kits and materials - Assisting in transporting, loading, and unloading items - Maintaining stock of gardening kits (paid, optional for parents) - Content Capture (Optional): - Taking photos/reels during sessions - Coordinating with the social media team - Sharing workshop highlights - Informational Promotion (No Hard Selling): - Sharing details of the optional Mr. Green Gardening Kit with parents and teachers - Coordinating distribution of orders after the workshop Qualifications required: - Students from any stream - Passionate about environment, sustainability, children, events, or teaching - Good communication skills in Hindi and English - Energetic, responsible, and friendly - Comfortable traveling to schools in Tricity mornings (8 AM - 1 PM) The perks of this internship include: - Certificate - Letter of Recommendation based on performance - Performance-based incentives - Travel allowance on a case-to-case basis - Hands-on experience in workshops, events, teaching, and eco-projects - Opportunity to become part of a socially impactful green movement The working hours are flexible, mainly during morning school hours, with part-time and full-time options available.,
