Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in marketing and a passion for creating impactful campaigns. This role is open to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing initiatives.
• Support events, promotions, and brand-building activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in marketing or related field.
• Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
