About the Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead hospital branding initiatives, business development campaigns, and patient acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with doctors, corporate partners, insurance providers, and community organizations to drive growth and strengthen NIMS Hospital’s leadership in healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies for the hospital.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies.
• Organize health camps, awareness drives, and outreach programs.
• Plan and execute hospital branding, digital campaigns, and community engagement.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead a marketing team to achieve set business targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.

• 5–8 years of experience

  in hospital/healthcare sales & marketing.
• Strong knowledge of hospital business development, patient acquisition, and corporate tie-ups.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
