Position: Sales & Marketing Manager – Ethanol & Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA)
Industry: Distillery / Ethanol / ENA
Experience: 8–10 years
Education: MBA / BBA / B.Sc (Preferred: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Ethanol and ENA sales in the Mumbai (Western) region. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to the distillery sector, proven market knowledge, and established relationships with key buyers and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Ethanol and ENA to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new customers and business opportunities across industries such as pharma, beverage, chemical, FMCG, fuel blending, and industrial solvents.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements with customers.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS documentation for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, ethanol blending policies, and industry guidelines.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ethanol and ENA markets, pricing, demand trends, and regulatory updates.
  • Existing network within distilleries, oil marketing companies, pharma units, and related industries.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • MBA / BBA / B.Sc (Science background preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in distillery operations, Ethanol & ENA sales, or related industrial chemical sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the ethanol/ENA domain.
