Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, develop marketing strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to execute results-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.

Marketing:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.

General:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
