Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business growth in Pharma, Cosmetics, Chemicals and Ethanal segments.
2. Build and manage B2B client relationships across India & overseas
3. Identify new markets, trends & partnership opportunities.
4. Coordinate with R&D and factory teams for product development & delivery
5. cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
6. They understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
7. They stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
8. Prepare reports on sales progress and other relevant business metrics.
9. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
10. Represent the company at events and conferences.
Skills & knowledge:
1. 3-6 years’ experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
2. Exposure to Pharma, Cosmetics, Chemicals & Ethanol
3. Strong Industry network & communication skills
4. Bangalore/Mumbai/Goa based or willing to relocate.
5. Skilled in market analysis & strategic planning
6. Analyzing data, identifying trends, and using insights to inform business decisions
7. Strong communication skill (English, Hindi and konkani)
