Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with proven experience in selling products and services, exceptional communication & convincing skills, and strong team handling capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, client relationship building, and executing marketing strategies to expand business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for company products and services
• Drive B2B sales and revenue growth with strategic planning
• Lead, train and monitor the sales & marketing team to achieve targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
• Pitch services effectively through presentations, meetings and calls
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Track and analyze sales metrics (conversion rate, pipeline, forecast)
• Execute marketing initiatives for brand awareness and lead generation
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and follow-ups for closure
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Required Skills

• Strong experience in selling services and/or products
• Excellent communication, convincing & negotiation skills
• Leadership qualities with team handling & target management experience
• Good presentation and customer relationship-building ability
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales
• Self-driven, disciplined and target-oriented approach

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in E-commerce / Digital Marketing / SaaS / IT services sales
• Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools
• Ability to generate business through multiple channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, field visits etc.)
