Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

To ensure compliance with laws and internal rules in operations within the Sales department.

Catching the demand of the customer and selling the products at a profitable price within the production capacity.

Responding quickly to the complaints from the customers about product quality or delivery, investigating the route cause, and solving the problem as soon as possible.

According to the customer specifications, ordering the appropriate mother coils in a timely manner.

Monitoring the status of the long-term inventory and minimizing it.

Maintain business standards and review them as necessary.

Developing subordinates in Sales, Marketing and PPC departments.

Job Duties

Periodical Duties

To prepare the data for all the internal/external meetings on behalf of Sales department.

Report to the General Manager about the monthly results for the sales targets, market research data, current status of the long-term inventory, and reduction plan of it.

To visit customers and strengthen relationships.

Preparing the individual development plan for the subordinates.

Perform performance evaluation of subordinates.

Daily Duties

To assist in responding to the new demand from future customers, checking the specifications

Confirming the specifications of the RM and daily requirements

To confirm the progress of subordinate operations.

Understanding the status of employees work.

Incidental Duties

Sharing the prompt and correct information with other departments and sections concerned in case of any quality problems of the products, in order to investigate the route cause, and to solve the problem as soon as possible together with them.

Representing the Company when negotiating with the customers
