Job Description

Pooja Steel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing both online and offline marketing strategies to drive business expansion in the metal raw materials segment (including sheets, plates, pipes, coils, fittings, and alloys).

This role demands strong industry knowledge, digital proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with industrial clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales (B2B)

  • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in the metals and raw material sector.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, fabricators, EPC contractors, traders, OEMs, and industrial buyers.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating new leads and converting them into long-term customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
  • Conduct client visits, plant visits, and technical discussions as required.

Marketing (Online & Offline)

Online Marketing:

  • Manage digital presence across LinkedIn, Google, and industry platforms.
  • Run paid and organic campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Create SEO-friendly content, brochures, mailers, and product listings.
  • Use CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.

Offline Marketing:

  • Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
  • Organize customer meets, product demos, and offline campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in metals, steel, or raw materials.
  • Good understanding of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and metal raw material specifications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM).
  • Ability to travel for meetings, trade shows, and client engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
