Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager (Female) to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing strategy, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead customer acquisition efforts.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Develop promotional and advertising materials across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage company branding and public image across all platforms.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, customer service) to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial field role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and market analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Air conditioning Projects & AMC .
• Familiarity with modern marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
