Responsibilities Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans and strategies to achieve sales and financial objectives. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand consumer requirements, and monitor competitor activities and industry trends. Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events, etc.) from concept to execution. Sales Management: Set sales targets and quotas, monitor performance, and provide guidance and motivation to the sales team to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage marketing and sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
