Overview:
Mahaveer Hospital is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our outreach and referral development efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Executives

Build and maintain strong doctor referral networks

Drive consistent OPD/IPD growth through targeted field strategies

Plan and execute health camps, CME programs, and outreach events

Develop corporate and institutional tie-ups

Monitor daily field activity and ensure performance reporting

Eligibility:

BDS, BAMS, BHMS, MBA (Marketing/Healthcare), or Science Graduates
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsIn-depth knowledge of field marketing and referral systemsMust be based in or willing to relocate to Aurangabad
