We are engaged in milling, processing & supply of finest qualities of Indian rice available in various qualities including brown, raw, steam & sella rice. CK Foods is a growing name in India's food industry, supplying high-quality rice in India & abroad. Join us as we expand our reach and strengthen our presence across India and beyond. Key Job Responsibilities Sales Execution (60%) Lead end to end sales of the finished product, ensuring all monthly targets are met. Visit markets regularly to appoint & manage distributors, retailers, & HoReCa clients . Conduct in-store activations, product demos, & ensure systematic retailer onboarding. Build and manage national and regional sales routes , PJP planning, and beat management. Handle order collection, payment follow-ups , and distributor stock planning. Marketing Implementation (30%) Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and sampling activities . Coordinate with agencies and vendors for banners, stands, digital prints, and PoS materials . Drive WhatsApp, Instagram, and community-level marketing , especially for regional markets. Collect real-time feedback from retailers and consumers to adapt pricing, packaging, or positioning. Reporting and Coordination (10%) Track and report daily sales, schemes performance, and market intelligence . Maintain close coordination with production and logistics for order fulfillment. Monitor ROI on local campaigns and suggest improvements. Who We’re Looking For 10-20 years of on-ground FMCG sales experience , preferably in rice and grains. Proven experience in setting up new markets , onboarding distributors & retailers. Strong negotiation skills & ability to independently manage end to end execution . Comfortable with traveling and working in dynamic on-ground field conditions. Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and deliver tangible results. Fluency in Hindi and English ; regional language is a bonus.
